For 2013, Mattel didn’t release any new dolls- they simply REreleased a wave of older dolls each month. January: basics. February: schools out. March: Dawn of the dance, etc.
And because theyve skimped on stands, they offered instead a three sided “room” playset for each doll- like a bedroom or study or boudoir or studio with wallpaper/posters and carpet, reflecting each characters taste.
And what if we got a fashion pack for each doll. EACH doll. And a pack with a torso/upper extremities, new wig, outfit and pair of shoes for each of the CAms… and they’d be sold in stores. And world wide.

Somebody please tell Mattel that Monster High is not Barbie and everything doesn’t need to be pink and purple to sell. I held my tongue about the Mummy CAM, but I don’t understand a genie that doesn’t look remotely Arabian.
Call me a whiner or a SJ blogger or whatever, but part of what I love about MH is that it wasn’t so typically “girly” and it seems we’re losing some of that.
