I was looking up designers last night for inspiration for how the Ghouls Rule line could've been improved...
And it struck me:
What if Monster High is around long enough, and becomes iconic enough that actual fashion designers do their own versions of them?
Like with Barbie, how there are all sorts of LEs by various designers?
I mean, honestly, I see this petering out in a couple years, the way Mattel is cranking them out. Its only a matter of time before they run out of ideas (unless they send them to college :P). But a girl can dream can’t she?

Jeezzzz.. Whenever I see Mattel Boxes I freak out. Especially if it says “dolls” I just wait around for employees to take them all out… but are people allowed to just go up and take things out? Or not? :/ I wouldn’t do it anyways but you know.
Hey those boxes are from California. I open up the boxes if they are sitting out on the floor, especially if I have my work knife with me.
Oh but do you work at a place where you can do that? Or is it random like going to a grocery store, seeing them and you just open them? Lol. Sorry if that didn’t make sense. xD
I mean, if you didn’t work there, are you just allowed to open them? Or do the people who work there prefer that you don’t?
They prefer you don’t. Plus if they fall on you the store can get sued and they tend to try and avoid that. I will only ask them to look if I specifically see the Monster High ones. ^_^

She Absolutely needed curly hair! Yay! Glad you found her :)I found Scaris Clawdeen today! I actually got on real nice with the the supervisor at Justice when I went to look yesterday, that she called me to let me know it had come in today. She told me when i got there that she was late for work and by the time she go there, Clawdeen was all they had left.
I’m glad she got to work when she did!! She’s ADORABLE!! Loving the shoes, and I know it was just for packing, but I think her sketch book strapped to her belt is adorable. I would love to have a belt with a sketch book holder. Should be a must for any designer.
Thought her hair feel a bit flat so I curled it.

So after seeing momdusa’s attempt at fro-ing her Clawdeen’s hair, I decided to take a stab at giving mine a fro.
I think it turned out pretty spiffy! I used the GB Clawdeen. The hair was greasy at the roots. It was my first time dealing with greasy hair, but after dunking her head in the water it was less greasy. I think it is helping keep the curls up honestly.
And so my fro envy continues. Lol.
Now I feel terrible about mine cause this is awesome! T_T

I really wish they’d stop with dolls for a while and just release a bunch of fashion packs. Like the Draculaura/Frankie day at the maul pack (with Clawdeen accessories), they could totally do CLEO/ Nefera, Howleen/Clawdeen, and so on. Having 20 versions of Draculaura or Frankie us kind of expensive and redundant… but I’d buy packs of clothes/shoes/wigs in a heartbeat.
