Cassie England was a friend of mine, and she was a superhero to our knot of friends within the Monster High fandom. She died last night. I wish I could have shared this illustration with Cassie; we’ve played music together. I’ve given her brother Walt (who shares her condition) bass lessons and an amp. I think Cassie would have liked this for the special meaning it would hold between us.
