Trip back to Target revealed two Spectras on the shelf (Venus was gone- as was the other one that was visible in my picture earlier. Also, hidden behind a very full cart of merchandise-to-be-stocked was an entire endcap of MH, and in it (along with $10 PD dolls - gonna get Frankie finally!) was Ms Elissabat (no one else though).
So disappointed with myself. I’ll turn in my monster-hunting license now u_u
