Finally getting around to posting pictures from the wedding! We were able to celebrate with family, friends, and our bridal party on Halloween proper. For our “honeymoon”, the entire bridal party cosplayed Monster High together at Comikaze. We were able to incorporate so many aspects of our shared fandom into the wedding. Ghoulia and Skelita, the characters we cosplay, guarded the wedding cake and guestbook. I was able to wear my Monster High socks, she was able to wear the shoes from her in-progress Twyla costume, and we even managed to sneak the phrase “freaky fabulous” into the vows.
