The astronaut doll is roughly the size of a Barbie…
I have a couple issues with her… Like, I know at a gift shop things are going to be a little bit more expensive, they had the Mars Rover Barbie for $24, for example. But this chick (who is like a generic fashion doll with official NASA logos) was $21!! (*I* wouldn’t have purchased it but he saw me eye balling it…. lol.) The patches on her jumpsuit are stickers (one came off in my hand as soon as I opened it), and she comes with teeny tiny sensible looking high heels instead of some space boots. (My friend and I were actually cracking up about that- it’s adorable). But what can you do?
Ghoulia is definitely going to borrow the jumpsuit, and I’m now considering making a little space suit, I just need to find a material for a helmet :3
