Justice #1 (asked specifically for Monster High Holt) : Nope. None of those. No, we don’t have a waiting list. Sorry. click
Justice #2 (“do you guys have the… Monster High…? dolls? The boy… he’s blue I think? lol”) : Let me check! Not … right now. We don’t have a wait list cause we’re not sure…
Honestly, I get more help if I actually go IN the store. But sometimes I have called and they have held dolls for me.
Just the other day I walked in, went straight to the Monster High stuff and the Manager saw me. She asked what I was looking for and I was like “The Boy Monster High Doll” And she was like “We have him in the back! Let me go check.” She brought him out and then joked with me a little about how I am obviously an adult collector. (Even though I was acting like a 5 year old once I nabbed him…)
Typically, when I’m with my kid, they are all enthusiastic about finding stuff (in store). But mostly when I shop, its when I’m alone and look like hell and they are like, “ew go away dirty begger lady! T_T” (I really should make more of an effort…).
And I would go more frequently, except the closest Justice stores are minimum an hour away, by bus (3 of them are 2 hours away). So its best to call first before spending entire afternoons on bus-bus-bus-trolley-bus only to find they had nothing :C
