Justice #1 (asked specifically for Monster High Holt) : Nope. None of those. No, we don’t have a waiting list. Sorry. click
Justice #2 (“do you guys have the… Monster High…? dolls? The boy… he’s blue I think? lol”) : Let me check! Not … right now. We don’t have a wait list cause we’re not sure when we’ll get more, but check back tomorrow, we’ll see what got shipped! Have a nice day!
Justice #3 (Said I was looking for “the Monster High, the boy- she said??”) :
Well, we get new shipments Monday through Friday at 3pm, so try back after then and we’ll see if we got him. We don’t have a wait list for him, but go ahead and leave your name & number and I’ll call you if I see him!
Does anyone else have better luck when calling stores when they play dumb? Historically, sales clerks have been more helpful when I’m the toy-ignorant parent/auntie, rather than knowing exactly what and whom I’m looking for. Granted, you have to take into account clerk attitude, how busy the store is, etc. This has just been my experience.
