Maddie “Medusa” Gorgon, also known as Lady Deuce on the soccer field, is the one and only Medusius’ bouncing baby girl. Friendly and charming, Maddie is one of the more popular girls at Monster High. She adors being outside and sports, being one of the star players on the MH Soccer team (right after team captain, Clawdia Wolf, of course.) A patient ghoul, Maddie is the girlfriend of the football team captain and self-proclaimed King of Monster High, Khyan de Nile. Maddie often grows tired of Khyan throwing his weight around, but loves him regardless.
Khyan de Nile, the self-proclaimed King of Monster High, ascended to his hallowed position as football team captain, when his older brother, Naheem de Nile, graduated. A heart of gold surrounded by an inflated ego, Khyan often gets caught up in needless displays of machismo and authority, though is otherwise an effective leader. Literally royalty, Khyan often spoils Maddie excessively, which usually makes her uncomfortable.
