I CAN ship international- though they tend to charge an arm and a tit for it. Just add $7 to the amounts listed. They usually tell me I have to ship stuff boxed (instead of a padded envelope) but I will do what I can to ensure light (and thus cheaper) shipping. I will typically refund the difference if I pay a lot less.
