PHEW! This one was a toughie, I must say.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to find much at all.
The rerooting process would be the same as a female head, but the styling and cutting would be different. The rooting pattern would be a little different as well, since you probably want to spiral the root holes towards the back of the crown.
I would suggest looking at videos on cutting men’s hair, for tips on where you can cut the hair shorter:
VIDEOSFor the most part, when working with hair on male dolls, I’ve seen people use Flocking, Wigs (made to mimic male hair patterns, can be made of various materials), or Sculpting the hair.
