Oh for fucks sake, unless you are Bram Stoker or Mary Shelley come back from the grave to poo-poo what has become of their creations, then STFU. Once upon a time storytellers gave us monsters and now they come in many shapes and forms for all to enjoy. And people do. No one is dishonoring the legends by creatively introducing it as a medium other than Horror movies or literature. Be it animation, figures, dolls, fan fics- If I made something that one hundred years from now was as popular and ubiquitous as Dracula or Frankenstein, to the point where a huge toy company made childrens toysout of my nightmares, then I’D BE FUCKING FLATTERED AS HELL. People enjoy these dolls. They aren’t hurting you by existing.
