Dearest Monster High tag, lend me your wisdom~
How do you go about letting Mattel know there’s something wrong with a doll you bought? I just got Scaris Draculaura (she may just be my favorite Draculaura), but her right forearm is bent out of shape, and looks very awkward. So, how do I go about contacting Mattel for this kind of problem?
Whenever I’ve emailed them, I get a “Oh so sorry, here’s a $5 voucher for your 20 doll” or “welp, nothing WE can do!” response. Call them- between like 7am-10am. They have AMAZING customer service.. on the phone. Otherwise (at least with me) you get some patronizing form letter).
